About Bruce Corwin

Bruce Corwin is an Executive Coach, Happiness Teacher, President of, wellness expert and blogger, and Harvard graduate.

In 2008, Bruce had an extraordinary, spontaneous experience that permanently purged a heart problem, created intermittent pressure on his “third spiritual eye” that continues today, and brought a feeling of profound peace and oneness. That feeling waxed and waned but grew in frequency and intensity for over a decade until it became all-encompassing.

That spontaneous experience was the tipping point in Bruce’s 30+ year exploration of numerous wellness approaches and traditions. It began in 1988 after an 11-year battle with increasing depression, anxiety and ADHD (which were later found to be linked to a defective gene). Barraged by suicidal thoughts, Bruce went for treatment, which worked wonders. Not content with feeling “normal,” he became deeply interested in the nature of happiness, which he explored in every spare moment alongside his family life and career . He worked as a wellness executive and blogger at, a communications advisor to C-Suite executives,  a Goldman Sachs VP and a Congressional speechwriter.

In 2017, Bruce started, where he pioneered Reverse Mindfulness for Lasting Happiness: a modern, demystified adaptation of the simplest of all ancient yogic traditions (no stretching involved). A father of two amazing, original teenagers, Bruce proudly lives in New Jersey, USA.
